Hi, I’m Ashburn — a singer-songwriter from Minnesota, now based in San Francisco. My music lives somewhere between Folk, Pop, Americana, and rock —  I write honest, unfiltered songs to make sense of the world, to name what’s hard, and to hold onto what’s beautiful.

For years, music was something I kept close. I grew up classically trained — singing, piano, and lots of instruments — but it wasn’t until much later that I shared my own writing. That happened in my living room, surrounded by friends and musicians at an open-mic series we call Living Room Live. What started as a small gathering became a much-needed creative outlet — a place where vulnerability and connection drive everything. Those nights are where I finally gathered the momentum to put my own songs out into the world.

My debut album, coming December 2025, traces a restless journey — from nights in Amsterdam to the warmth of home, from heartbreak to resilience. I recorded it at 2200 Studios in Sausalito, formerly known as The Plant, where legends like Fleetwood Mac and Prince once made their records. It's a magical place. This project was one of the first sessions there after the studio reopened its doors following twenty years of silence — a full-circle moment of renewal that mirrors the heart of my music.

This is just the beginning. More songs are on the way in 2026, and the Living Room Live and 2200 Studios communities encourage me every step of the way.
